Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026 · Privacy Policy
These terms cover your use of WeHold (wehold.io): the social feed, the token pages, trading, bridging, Limit/DCA orders and the rewards program. By signing in or using WeHold you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WeHold.
1. Who can use WeHold
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and at least 18.
- You must not use WeHold where trading crypto assets, or using a service like this one, is against the law, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax.
2. Your account and wallets
- You sign in with email, Google, X or an existing wallet through Privy, which also creates and secures your WeHold wallets (EVM and Solana). The keys are held through Privy's key management, not on WeHold's servers, and you can export them from the Wallets page at any time.
- WeHold cannot move your funds on its own. The one exception is what you switch on yourself: when you place a Limit or DCA order, you allow WeHold to sign that order's trades from the wallet you chose, within limits set by a signing policy, until it fills or you cancel it.
- Keep your sign-in method and exported keys safe. Anyone with them controls your wallets.
3. Trading, bridging and orders
- Trades are routed through third-party protocols (0x on EVM chains, Jupiter on Solana, deBridge for bridging) and settle on public blockchains. WeHold does not hold your assets, act as your broker or guarantee any price, execution, route or outcome.
- Blockchain transactions are final. Prices move, slippage happens, network fees apply, and transactions can fail. Limit/DCA orders are filled on a best-effort basis by an automated keeper and may fill late, partly or not at all.
- Many tokens shown on WeHold are new, illiquid, or scams. Data shown (prices, market caps, holders, security flags) comes from third parties and may be wrong or late.
4. Fees
WeHold charges a fee of 1% of the trade amount on every buy and sell made through the app (including Quick Buy and filled Limit/DCA orders), sent as part of the trade. Network fees and any protocol fees are separate.
5. Rewards
- Referrals: when someone signs up through your link, you earn 10% of the WeHold fee on their trades.
- Creator rewards: when someone else trades a token after opening it from your post (within 24 hours) or places an order from it, you earn 20% of the WeHold fee on those trades.
- Rewards are recorded in US dollars and paid in the native coin of the chain they were earned on (ETH on Robinhood Chain, Ethereum and Base, BNB on BNB Chain, SOL on Solana), to your WeHold wallet on that chain, at that coin's price when the claim is approved. The network fee for sending a payout is deducted from it. Claims are made from the Rewards page, are at least $10 per chain, and are paid after review. We may withhold or reverse rewards that come from self-dealing, fake accounts, wash trading or other abuse, and we may change or end the program; rewards already earned before a change stay claimable.
6. Not advice
Nothing on WeHold — posts, calls, leaderboards, rankings, multipliers or any other content — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Other users' posts are their own opinions. Decide for yourself, and only risk what you can afford to lose.
7. Your posts
- You keep ownership of what you post. You give WeHold a licence to host, show and share it on WeHold.
- Do not post anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading (including pump-and-dump schemes or impersonation), anything that infringes others' rights, malware, or spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer WeHold, get around its limits, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law or harm others.
9. Third-party services
WeHold relies on services it does not control (Privy, blockchains and their RPC providers, swap and bridge protocols, market data providers). Their outages or errors can affect WeHold, and their own terms apply to them.
10. Disclaimers and liability
WeHold is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, WeHold is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, trading losses, or losses caused by blockchains, third-party services, other users, or your own sign-in credentials being compromised. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid WeHold in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. You can stop using WeHold at any time and export your keys first. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms.
